Non-scale victory of the week!

Celebrating the life of my exhusband triple bypass surgery. He almost left this world at 44 years old and it drives me to want to be healthy.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was emotionally distracted and didnt eat well...not unhealthy just not enough...loss of appetite due to stress.
