Non-scale victory of the week!

I got stronger! Increased my lifting weights and have better endurance through intense HIIT cardio

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Been a little more positive. I stressed out a little when the scale went up but I probably just put on muscle.

Not really craving sweets anymore and feeling more focused on my goals.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Would like to be able to eat more calories to make sure I'm getting enough nutrients. I feel satisfied eating less because whole foods are so filling

I haven't been working out every single day but I have been consistent in making sure I get it in at least 5-6 days a week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn't meal prep this week so I have been eating protein shakes, fruits, and healthy sub options from Subway. I'll take it as long as I stay healthy.
