Non-scale victory of the week!

Went back to the gym after a very long break due to the flu and anxiety. Managed to get anxiety back down to manageable levels.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nutrition could have been better but I tracked calories again and I know that’s my first step to gaining back control.
