Non-scale victory of the week!

I fit a SMALLER size!!!! So proud of my dedication this week. Some days I did not at all want to work out but I promised myself I’d do it and finish strong. No cheat meals this week! So HAPPY

Getting my hubby to join me with eating less carbs at meals. Makes it easier to not do it alone.

Stressed out over our appraisal and didn’t get as much gym time. But after appraisal is over I’ll get back at it.
