Non-scale victory of the week!

Please help me! I've tried 5 or 6 times to log my weight in and when it gets to the screen to get your word it logs me out. I dont want to miss this way in. I'm in a very early golf tournament tomorrow and wanted to do my weigh in today. Can anyone help me! I dont know where else to connect the powers that can help.

Of course stay with my new way of eating, staying active. Maybe add weight lifting once this is over, dont want to add any more weight , it's been too hard to take off. I mean at snail place. Worried I'd even make my goal. Finally made it, but can I keep it off for a few more days! Scary!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Was on vacation for almost a week. So afraid I was going to gain a bunch of weight, eating out each meal. But was very careful what I ate and portions. Got back and couldn't wait to weigh in this morning for the challenge. Was i surprised, i hadn't gained, what a relief! It looks like being consistent with eating patterns and staying active, we were at a golf tournament, plays off.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Just keep on doing what I'm doing!

Non-scale victory of the week!

This has been a real challenge for me because my weight goes up and down no matter how I work out or eat. Luckily it has been going very slowly down, but at least down. When I started, I thought it would be a breeze! Not so. Then I hurt my back, no exercise, weight kept shifting, but went slowly down. Doesn't make any sense, I just have a weird metabolism and body. Probably my age. Hope I can make it to my goal.

Non-scale victory of the week!

2 week vacation sabotaged my diet, disappointing! But...reality, so onward and upward, back to work on making up the gained wait. Have one pound to go to get back to where I was. Thank goodness only one, lost six since i got home! Probably a lot of water weight from sitting in a car.
