Hitting over 20,000 steps in one day. First time ever!

Definitely eating. I’ve been on vacation this past week, so staying on track has been a huge challenge.

Listening to my body and resting when it needed rest.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Definitely eat better. I had a tough mental health week and turned to food rather than other forms of comfort. But the important thing is: I’m back!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Changing my food habits (I refuse to say dieting!), not giving into cravings, eating poorly on the weekends, and MEAL PREPPING.
