This is my first diet bet, and I am very excited, as well as nervous. I decided to play this game as my first diet bet since it was a small amount ($10). I’m unsure if pushing myself to lose just under 2 pounds a week is doable so this will be my first test! Any advice for a first timer?

Don’t panic week three that you think you’re not doing enough! Be patient and consistent and water is your friend! I think that’s mostly what I’ve learned from doing this before!

What are some good meal prep recipes or easy recipes that are healthy and good? I don't have much free time to cook so I always end up turning to fast food. Gaahhh.

I make 4-5 salads after a big grocery shop at Costco/Sam’s. I also roast veggies, & grill chicken or salmon for the week. :yum:

I love cooking a bunch of chicken in the crockpot. The meat is so versatile. I can use it in other recipes, sandwiches or salad. Today I shredded it and added sugar free bbq sauce and ate it in a wrap. Yum!

For sweet recently, I eat sugar free jello. For savory, I like dill pickles (salty though) or cucumbers. I know this next one is weird, but I hard boil eggs, remove the yolk and eat the white with dijon mustard. Very low calorie.

To go to bed is my solution. But it has to be before it is too late in the evening. I do IF also now and that helps me tremendously with cravings. I don’t feel hungry at all and eat well 11-7. Feels great!

For me, I allow myself some wine on the weekends (within my calories) , and I still eat super clean. I find it a great opportunity to be even more active. I love hiking with my family and playing tennis.

Most Creamed Spinach recipes require a roux, this recipe is keto, parmesan & cream cheese do the work
