Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a great 3 day juice cleanse to get me started for 80 day and I feel amazing! I can’t believe I already lost 10 lbs!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate an extra serving of blue and yellow yesterday :(

To not screw up on the meal plan at all. Even if it’s a healthy cheat like an extra veggie.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I stayed on track with food even though I was on vacation and stuck to a work out/ hiking schedule!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like even though I made good food choices they could have been even better. I didn’t have my shake every day like I’m used to and I could tell a big difference in the way I felt.
