I'm doing really well following the plan Michelle gave me. I've had a few temptations. Unfortunately I haven't gotten any real exercise yet. I've just been following the diet and sleeping. Catching up on some much needed sleep. I'm officially down 7.6 pounds in 5 days. I can't be happier about that. I even wonder if it might be too fast. I've never lost weight that fast. One big thing I did cheat and go to McDonald's. But I got the quarter pounder and chop meat is on my plan. So it wasn't so bad just more calories than I should have taken in. And I did not eat the bread. I also found a watermelon airhead taffy in my bag. I wanted it so bad but I didn't eat it. I just put it back. It's killing me but I did it.

Keep getting sleep. But I need to start studying for the ASCP exam and get some exercise in.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
This seemed like the perfect time to start a weight loss program/diet. I just graduated from school with my second Bachelors degree and unfortunately have messed up my body. My circadian rhythm, my metabolism and gained all of the weight I have previously lost. This dietbet came at the end of school and just after I returned from vacation. What a way to start with new beginnings! I have begun to modify my diet with a plan my friend used that is Dr supervised, I do need to get some exercise. And I'm not sure if I need more or less sleep. (I've been sleeping non stop again but I also have been sleep deprived for the past few years). Taking it one day at a time one step at a time. New beginnings!
