Unfortunately I didn’t really have a NSV. This last week was pretty stressful at work and at home, which leads to bad eating and no exercise. Ugh.

Limiting myself to one plate of pizza at the buffet line. Pizza is a huge weakness for me!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ate less of my kids’ sugary candy from our Fall Festival parade. Definitely need to run/exercise better. Gotten back into finding excuses not to.

Definitely could have worked out more. Got a pretty bad leg injury last week which has prevented me from working out at all this week. Hoping it heals up soon.
