My clothes are definitely starting to fit better, not as tight! I’ve been staying motivated to exercise & get outside/hiking a lot!

Keep exercising! We’ve been hiking a lot, but our county parks & trails just closed as of last night so it’s going to be more of a challenge to get outside & keep exercising!

To try to get back on the right track with my diet. My wife and I welcomed our first baby into the world on October 12th. I had hit my target weight the first two months, but gained five pounds in the month of October. It’s hard to find the time for a healthy meal now. And I’m drinking copious amounts of caffeine/soda just to keep going currently. Hoping things get a bit easier this month & we can find the time to cook some healthy meals at home again!
