Non-scale victory of the week!

I am an intermediate at the new gym I joined! I thought I would be in the beginner category.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am super proud to see the scale move. The coach has us on a really high protein diet. Like really high. However, I still didn't follow the meal plan completely. I will try harder this next week.

Meal prepped for the first time in forever.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I stopped logging because I was getting frustrated with my weight loss. I was using an all or nothing mentality and was having a hard time controlling my emotions due to family issues. I know I can handle anything when I eat right, get enough sleep and exercise. I just need to get back on board.

I stayed away from sweets all week at work and it was marvelous! Ha

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My weekend is always my weak end now. I used to make worse decisions at work. I will do my best to clean up my weekend munchie/take out habit.

Omg... Came down to the last minute. I passed on all the crap food at the reunion this weekend and stuck with my diet!!! I still get annoyed when other ppl give you a hard time for eating right when they are eating crap ??

I meal prepped since we had family down last week and we ate horribly so my numbers should start to decline again.
