Non-scale victory of the week!
Even though I had guests staying overnights from Thursday to Sunday. I think I handled my diet pretty good. However I didn't really get a chance to do proper workouts, just short ones.

My diet is in check and I don't have a problem with exercising, but I definitely need to sleep more. Still feel tired after guests. So, sleep is priority! !! Maybe I will concentrate more on protein intake this week.
