I ate out twice this week to celebrate getting into my radiology program for school and I should of chosen better foods

Was consistent with my meal prepping

I feel like I could work our more but I’m happy with where I am now

I want to stay consistent in my meal prepping because that’s what’s helped me out throughout my whole weight loss prosess as well as going to the gym at least two times again.

I didn’t have one this week.

I could have not eaten Deseret, but it was the end of the year and on New Year’s Eve I went a lil crazy. So starting this year I’m trying to stay away from alcohol and fried food
