Non-scale victory of the week!

My weight is coming down nicely, but I’ve still not done any exercise. Finfing it really hard to get motivated with no gyms open. its not an excuse, plenty if home workouts I could do.

Non-scale victory of the week!

So glad to be back on the “diet wagon”! This week has gone really well, I’ve massively reduced the amount I’m eating and counting calories with the help of My Fitness Pal. I think breastfeeding is really helping as well as the weight is shifting pretty fast- let’s just hope that keeps up for a while! I’m yet to get back into the exercise, so that’s the next big thing for me now.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Attended all of my exercises classes and have decided to work towards a beltnin kickboxing- something I never had the confidence to do before. I can feel my fitness has increased so much and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have tracked my calories better, but over all it has been a good week.

Started kickboxing and back to boot camp classes and spin classes- focussing on cardio to kick start the weight loss again after not doing very well in December!

Resisting take away pizza and birthday cake on my son’s birthday! Going to exercise classes.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had one night off, I ate ok but drank wine (quite a lot!) I don’t really regret it though- I’ve stopped drinking wine on a daily basis and needed a night out to relax and enjoy myself!

Turning down Dominoes pizza and birthday cake in my son’s birthday whilst everyone else indulged! Plus going to my exercise classes and taking the kids out for a 5k walk

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m not sure. Bit disappointed that I haven’t lost more weight.
