Non-scale victory of the week!

This is my first weight in. It was my 44th birthday on Monday and unfortunately allowed myself to indulge in cake, pasta and soda.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

That it takes a long time to actually lose the weight. I’m an emotional eater and need instant gratification. With that being said I am going to work out and/or walk when I’m wanting to snack.

To eat clean, no carbs or low carbs. I just joined the gym and I am super motivated to work out 6 days a week at the gym. I am sick of feeling this way sand watching my weight rise.
