Non-scale victory of the week!
In my kitchen right now there’s Italian cookies, Oreos, some sort of coffee cake, & the only keurig cups left are f*ckin hot cocoa and “cappuccino drink mix” but I resisted all of it! Def going to buy some real coffee tomorrow

Gotta get active! Gotta stop eating so late at night too. Sometimes I don’t eat enough during the day and then it leads to late night (healthy) snacking
