Non-scale victory of the week!

Been super strict all week, great diet (basically whole 30 compliant) and tons of activity. Logging 10k+ steps and working out 3-4 x during week

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still cutting loose too much on weekends. Need to have a strict diet weekend for this last week to push through to finish line

Had a great week eating clean and working out. Drank too much over weekend but ate well and stayed active by camping.

Resisted the pizza the rest of the family ate last night

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Mother’s Day weekend was tough. Too many good brunch goodies but I stayed very active so I still feel pretty great!
