Non-scale victory of the week!
Been super strict all week, great diet (basically whole 30 compliant) and tons of activity. Logging 10k+ steps and working out 3-4 x during week
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Still cutting loose too much on weekends. Need to have a strict diet weekend for this last week to push through to finish line
