Non-scale victory of the week!
We got a little bit sick in our house this week but I still managed to get 4 workouts in this week!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I had two days where I was out at parties/events and I indulged in some good I probably should’ve said no to.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I’m gonna try to do 5-6 workouts this week and diet wise stay away from sweets completely! Also, drink ALOT more water! At least 3 litres a day.
