Non-scale victory of the week!

We got a little bit sick in our house this week but I still managed to get 4 workouts in this week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had two days where I was out at parties/events and I indulged in some good I probably should’ve said no to.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I’m gonna try to do 5-6 workouts this week and diet wise stay away from sweets completely! Also, drink ALOT more water! At least 3 litres a day.

I worked out 6 days this week! That’s huge for me! I haven’t been very good in the past at working out at all!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a date night with my husband and went a bit overboard on the treats. So far food has been hard for me this DietBet

I’m starting to feel that the big clothes I have feel smaller on me. No muffin top.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really want to be as strict as possible with my food...but I find myself still having a great from time to time.

Working out is the hardest thing for me. I think if I have a day we’re I decided to “treat” myself I also need to make sure I’ve worked out that day to compensate for the calories

I found a pair of shorts that I wanted to wear last month but couldn’t get them over my hips. A couple days ago I could actually button them up but with a muffin top! Haha almost there tho!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I at McDonald’s twice this week! :( so definitely need to eat better. I also didn’t exercise as much.

Stick to my meal plans. And take even 15 minutes to really push myself at some kind of physical activity because doing something is better then nothing

I have eaten no sugar, no dairy and next to no carbs! I’ve increased my water intake and I have done something physical every single day except Sunday this week!!

Eating at a better time in the morning. I usually eat later then I should.
