Non-scale victory of the week!

I reinstated my gym membership and went the first day I could. On the other days this week I got at least 30 minutes of cardio (3 days so far, every day this week) and even got almost an hour on Tuesday!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still ate some junk a couple days this week but I resisted the temptation on Wednesday.

I drank more water than usual

I definitely should have eaten better. I have been giving in to my PMS cravings but each day is a new day so I’ll try to get better.
