What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I will start to excersise for a week or two and lose a little bit of weight but then something like a birthday party will come along, and I can’t help eating all the food and then I feel like it’s not worth trying to lose weight anymore because I already messed up.
