-DATING WHEN DIETING-

Hey yalllll! My diet has been a fail this week! I’ve been dating, and men these days are so disrespectful... saying things like, “I’m gonna take you to dinner” and “let me buy you food” and “oh stop you don’t need to lose weight you’re beautiful”. Can’t you see I’m a baby hippo?! RUDE 😒

Most of the men i date eat freely because they work out a lot to compensate or they already have good bodies or they just don’t care. But dating life/eating out is really hurting my diet and ability to stay on track. I always eat so much when I’m out on a date and eat unhealthy things 😫

For my gals and guys that are single and mingling, or are in a relationship with someone that isn’t health conscious: how do you stick to healthy eating when you’re on a date or when you’re with someone who eats freely? Do you make separate meals? Do you speak up and suggest healthier restaurant options? Give me some advice! 💗😚

I'll either eat a salad or I'll get a side or appetizer size instead of the full sized meal or I'll order healthier options (grilled chicken or fish with greens)... I'm a mommy of 3 and me and the husband enjoy going out the 2 of us...
