Non-scale victory of the week!

We had a 15-year anniversary at my work for family outside with drinks, FUNNEL CAKES and snow cones. I had water and resisted the snow cones plus I could handle being outside in the extreme heat!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have exercised but I got a big tattoo on my inner leg and needed it to heal!

Resisting Cheescake from a lady at work!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had one “cheat” meal, I could have ordered better and even thought about it! I regretted it later on and know to do better next time!
