Literally eating Caldos and salads all week...and lots and lots of water.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could of workout but I couldn't because I had surgery so no heavy activity for me... but eating little and healthy it helped.

My stomach looks smaller and I definitely fit into a smaller size... am so excited

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely always have trouble staying away from greasy food but when I run, I talk to myself and say "Would you eat that again?" And I reply "I probably will" and then I say "Ok, then Run FASTEEEER!!!!"

Well I walked M,W & F mornings and afternoons for 1hr (so that's 6hrs total) Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I walked only in the afternoon for a hour each day... So this week I walked a total of 9hrs throughout the week...

I didt resist the food that much..

Resisting to eat dinner after 6:30... Its been really hard

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My goal is to walk every day (Mon-Sat) mornings and afternoons... but I haven't stick to that plan 100%... for one thing or another I just messed up... but every week I say to myself.... "we have a completely new week, go for it" So I keep pushing
