over the holiday weekend I didnt drink or eat nearly as much as I normally would have.

I could've worked out more.

exercise 3 days, hit my daily fitness goal of 8,000 steps and 3,000 cal burn everyday, stay at my 1660 cal per day.

I hit all my workouts last week.

Food. I did ok but had a few splurges. My parents are in town and between the chocolate chip cookies and movie popcorn... eek.
