I am solidly in a size 14 for the first time in years!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am really struggling on Keto. I need to start adding some carbs into my diet and I am terrified.

Non-scale victory of the week!

my non-scale victory was getting back into ketosis after some months of falling off the wagon. I also told my doctor that i am doing keto and we discussed weight loss medications and other help available when I feel like I am getting to a plateau or fallinginto discouragement or my unhealthy lifestyle again.

I have a very deep splinter that has kept me from exercising as much as I hoped to.
