Don’t like to “exercise” because it hurts my knees to bend etc but U do enjoy walking and just finished my 3 mile walk for today—only 2 more to go !

Great job to both of you! Awesome exercise plans to keep things easier on your joints.. :)


I've found walking and doing exercises on grass rather than on concrete and paths helps when my knees are causing me pain. Hopefully routes you plan can be as grassy as possible so you achieve your goals! Xx

  • So yesterday i literally stayed in bed allll day, woke up to some serious back pain. And today woke up the same. Im using some hot rice in a bag and have it on my lower back. Good thing is went down on the scale bad thing is i dont think ill be doing much of exercise other than walking for the next few days. Gonna try to just keep my eating on track and stay hydrated.

So sorry about your back Des! I hope it can heal quickly. Back pain is awful. I agree with icing it. Heat loosens it up, but ice will help the inflammation. Walking is great exercise and is good for your back. Way to stay focused on your nutrition, that's how most of weight loss is accomplished. :)


Thanks! Just came from the doctor they told me the same to switch to ice gave me some steroids and other medications for my pain. Feeling bummed because i feel lile im just being a bum lately. But i am going to try to walk later when the sun goes down.
