I've done it! This was possibly--hopefully--my last DietBet challenge. I wish these Maintainer challenges were more enticing. After all the maintenance phase is in many ways the more difficult challenge (for me anyway). But I'm excited to stay on track in other ways. It took about 6 months in a weight loss cycle so my goal is to maintain it for 18 months. In my mind, I'll consider my set point (i.e. natural intuitive weight) slowly dropping from my original weight to this maintained weight for the next 18 months. I feel great and excited for the next phase!
