Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m back. It’s been over a year. A neck injury with a long recovery, sciatica and plantar fasciitis all completely disrupted and reversed all the progress I’d made - 2020 was a complete washout. But I’m back. Let’s do this.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

No regrets, no looking back. I go forward from here.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

This week I’m working on water and sleep.

Wore some lavender trousers to Easter brunch yesterday that a year ago I couldn’t squeeze into, so yay for that

Well I had a terrible cold most of the week do didn’t exercise enough, and I ate birthday cake for breakfast a few times...

Non-scale victory of the week!

Birthday cake! But I was very good and had only a bit. Can’t believe I am 50! But I rocked my awesome dress (that I could not possibly have worn a year ago without looking like a potato) and it was amazing.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really really should not have had quite so many bloody Mary’s, for several reasons...

Honestly I now have a cold. So my goal is to take care of myself, give myself a little bit of down time, and get ready to start crushing another 21 Day Fix sesh on the 22nd.

More exercise but it’s been super hard to get motivated to leave the house when it’s so cold, gray, wet and polluted outside.
