Non-scale victory of the week!

I increased my all around lifting weight by 5% bench, squat, military press etc....

I splurged as little more than usual, but I worked harder to burn the extra...

Next week is burn out week medium weights with max reps. My goal is to get my kids to bed on time so I can get plenty of rest for propper recovery.
