Did not eat outside my planned eating window..

Non-scale victory of the week!

Well to be honest, to coordinate these darn photos to submit was a small victory.. lol it's something I wanted to do and I did it! I also did not snack between meals at all yesterday or the day before. That is huge! The rest if the week is going to be promising myself a long walk and actually doing a good work out.
