Had no pop this week and didn't eat cake at my brother's party.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was doing extremely well with not eating junk and even though I still haven't been too bad, but I haven't been eating as clean and gained two pounds. I had a fall retreat and the amount I was eating was in moderation, but what I was eating wasn't the best. I really thought with how active I was that I would've ended up just maintaining it and it balancing out, but nope. 4 days left so we'll see.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not ate the sweets at the retreat. But there was nothing healthy to snack on and the meals weren't very much food so I was genuinely hungry.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

No pop this week. That is my biggest thing and I don't want to overwhelm myself by cutting off too many things cold turkey so I will just focus on the pop and have water instead. That alone, should make a huge difference.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Realizing I haven't had bread for three weeks, which is huge.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still could have ate better and worked out just a tad bit more, but I'm happy with how it ended. Period was this week and mine are extremely bad so eating went downhill those three days, as well as no working out because I was hurting so much. However, I ended strong in both areas.

Finish the first week of T25 and on the rest days from that, take a walk.

I had someone tell me that they feel like I lost weight.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still struggle with working out, but I took walks in Walmart and one exercise targeting back fat.

Non-scale victory of the week!

No pop and have drank plenty of water. I had some sweets at the very beginning before I got super serious, but it wasn't for very long. Have had fruits and vegetables everyday and less carbs.

Started working out sooner
