What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I’m scared of failing. I feel nervous about not being able to be disciplined, ran out of ideas of what to eat and end up going after unhealthy options. I’m also an emotional eater, especially when I’m happy I over eat. I hope this challenge and community helps me stay on track.
