Non-scale victory of the week!

Finally got back on track & never goin back! Ive been slackin & then going in a frenzy trying to catch up. So I concentrated, worked out every day & finally made it. Just had surgery for a prolapse so I off my feet, only allowed to do light.. nothing heavier than a gallon of milk. But I am determined to get through and reach my goal!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Goals for next week are to follow thru as much as I can. Recovery time for my surgery is 4 to 6 weeks but I think it depends on me and how my body feels. Of course I won't do anything the doctor doesn't approve of. Fortunately with HCG there is no workout requirement... I am just now getting stronger and I hate the thought of having to lose that even if it's only for a short time

Non-scale victory of the week!

The only Victory I have this week is that I didn't drink at home. But I went out on Wednesday night and Friday night and had a few drinks. Plus had family in town so got off track.

I could have resisted the drinking and the pizza and pasta
