I could have pushed myself to work out more besides just cardio run

Non-scale victory of the week!

Staying on track and eating clean 80/20

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not eat as much kettle corn... but that's a better cheat than cake and ice cream

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Eat clean at least four days in a row even on my off days from work. Also run 3/5 days and finally do 30 mins on the treadmill. At LEAST 1.5 incline 5.0 speed.
