Startes a new push-up challenge with my son. These are much better form for both of us.

Eating. My son was with me all week and so I splurged on the meals with him.

Non-scale victory of the week!

The past year I haven’t been able to do the physical hobbies I enjoy for medical reasons. consequently I’ve gained a LOT of weight and clothes are tight. A few weeks ago though my son and I started a 30-day push up regimen and starting today I’m back to paying attention to what I eat. Hopefully i can still lose weight.

It’s not a victory really, but man, the first day of keto is always a huge amount lost. Almost Ll of it water weight, and some will come back within the week as my body adjusts.

None. I have had 6 months of sitting around with a twice busted wrist. My weight skyrocketed with the lack of exercise. I did however do my Keto shopping and exercises for today. I have two 30-day challenges for squats and pull ups.
