Non-scale victory of the week!

Got back on track again working out heavily because of the Highland games practice, and am drinking 90 plus ounces of water a day and tracking my calories better!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eaten less sodium, I was bloated and swollen a couple days and worried about weigh in bad!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Successfully completed my first jump in the terrain park snowboarding, catching air and everything and I landed it! I couldn’t even ride without the brakes on two months ago and taking a billion stop and sit breaks!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Slept a better schedule, but I did do much better in cardio and water intake!

Getting back on track, I was going up and down for a while and not resisting donuts and injured my knee so I kept skipping cardio and leg day.

Resisted eating an entire huge frosted sugar cookie, instead ate only a piece that I cut off.
