Non-scale victory of the week!
being able to do OMAD to have my cheat meal but not gain weight and actually lose weight. Also did not go for my usual runs this week ans just did some at home workouts and that proved to help me lose weight too.

Get more sleep and possibly reduce alcohol intake and do more OMAD or just fasting in general
