Non-scale victory of the week!

I stayed on plan. Did not waiver. I am proud of myself

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have gotten more cardio calories in but I will press hard this weekend and finish strong

Get in a lot of cardio, water, light balanced meals to knock off these last 3 lbs to make my goal

I made better choice this week all the way around.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I need to handle my stress and anxiety better. It plays an integral part of my weight loss progress. Which in the end , equals more cardio.

i did terrible this week, eating drinking all of it.

I scaled up this week and it is frustrating cause I was on a high week 1.
