What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I get super discouraged when I stay on track and exercise but I get no loss at the end of the week. I sometimes even get a gain. I have 4 little girls so making separate meals and time for the gym is not easy. Staying on my path when I don’t see a lot of results is a challenge.
