Non-scale victory of the week!

Consistent workouts, and added LIFTING! I avoided a lot of bad food and not with willpower... I just didn't want it. I really like how in control of all of this I feel.

Sleep more. It was a stressful week and m6 body deserved a break.

I definitely need more sleep and need to have a better planned week. I didn't eat too poorly, I just barely ate. I came down with a cold. I'm big on nutrition and don't think I was very nutritious at all.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Someone at the gym stopped me to tell me that I look so great since I first started. It has been about four months that I have been going and I am down 40 lb and probably a lot more than that when you consider the muscle that I have put on but I am definitely at least two sizes smaller and 9 inches less wide. It felt so great to have someone make an effort to tell me how remarkable she thought it was.

I really need to stick to the routine that keeps feeling well. Meeting new people is great but I need to maintain my priorities at the same time and definitely get enough sleep.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am so much stronger. No more modified push ups and full range of motion on all core work.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could've better timed my meals however I think my body enjoyed the shakeup. I also indulged (didn't overindulge however) in some carby goodness and I don't regret it one bit. I haven't had fries in so long! Worked out hard the next day and felt great.

Take a rest day :( which sucks because I love starting the day with exercise. Also trying a 36 hr bone broth fast beginning at dinnertime Saturday.
