Non-scale victory of the week!

Today I completed a Jillian Michael's workout - 30 day Shred - this is a big accomplishment, because I have not done jumping jacks or jump rope in 3 years! I am so proud!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have done the treadmill more, but will do next week. Pleased with my results for the first week!
