  • Hello everyone! We have arrived at weigh in day! We have officially lost almost 3,500lbs together this month and i'm so proud of each and every one of you! At the end of the day we are all winners no matter what a scale says by taking charge of the last 4 weeks and making healthier decisions! Never give up on yourself & be proud of yourself for trying because at the end of the day we can only fail if we give up! Thank you all for being part of this amazing community as it fills my heart with so much joy to see all the love and positivity here daily! Our community really is the best and I cant wait to see what we can continue to achieve in 2024! That being said a few things:
    - You will have until April 18th @ 11:59pm PST to weigh in! Any problems please email support@dietbet.com and they can reset your weigh in or answer any questions. FYI, You can also reset your weigh in if you make an error on a desktop computer.
    - YOU ARE WORTH MORE THAN A NUMBER. I'm human & i've lost multiple dietbet games that i've played over the years however if i had quit it wouldn't have helped me to lose over 300lbs or to keep going in general on my jouney! I've always try to remember the healthier decisions I made over the whole 4 weeks compared to those I would have before - and that's what makes us winners, not a number on the scale! To me we're alll winners just by being trying + by being here! Be proud of yourself and keep fighting my friends!

Tip: if you make a mistake just track it and move on. Don’t sit and stress about it forever, when thinking about long term, you’re one extra snack/meal or whatever it was doesn’t even matter!

    Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Here it is and it has 3 parts:

    1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water 4 days this week.
    2. Fitness-get at least 30 minutes of exercise 4 days this week.
    3. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 4 days this week.

    **On Friday there will be a post for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 10:00 PM PST. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $40 cash prize.

  • Water challenge - this week i want to challenge you to drink your water! Drinking water can have so many benefits on our weightloss journey and also to our health. I try to drink a gallon a day personally, and carry a larger jug around with me, plus remind myself not to drink my calories.   • Stepping WAY outside my comfort zone and posting a sweaty selfy. I hate having my picture taken and don't do selfys. (I'm thinking maybe it keeps me in denial of just how bad my weight has gotten?) Anyhow I've been wanting to get back to the gym but they have been closed for several weeks due to a remodel. All new cardio machines and boy did that new elliptical kick my butt! Lol Now to go home and cook Easter dinner. It's just me, hubby and teen son (issues with extended family but thats another story 😪) so I will keep it simple. 😁
