Made sure to drink more water and not as winded when walking :)

I could of done better by being able to work out but i couldn’t because i had twisted my ankle last week. Ankle is much better and can’t wait to be able to work out now

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
To continue eating healthy and incorporate exercise now that my ankle is healed. Can’t wait to be slender and healthy me again :)
