Non-scale victory of the week!

Craved a ice cold soda all day and managed to make it until 930 PM and then got to decide it wasn’t worth going out of the house to get! Which is HUGE because I’m so impulsive and if I want it I’ll go get it

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Seeing results and just stopping. I lose a pound then somewhere in my brain it says okay reward yourself you did it. But then I over reward myself and fall more off track then I was to start with.
