Had less snacks on night. Walked slightly more.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I passed out and smashed my knee and went to the hospital. Thank you MS. And my legs started retaining water. Good times. But I managed to drink a lot of lemon water and still walk some! Also ate more salads! Lol

I'm not even sure. It was a bad week.
