What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Motivation to stay the course long-term. I struggle with an all-or-nothing attitude and once I fall off course, I usually stay off for too long.

Cut way back on sugar. Eat more whole foods. Separate fat and carbs in meals. Get 8 hrs sleep a night. Walk Bambi at least once a day.
