After a 2-day liver cleanse I am hydrated, thinking, clearly, and have actual energy in the afternoon!! good fats and proteins, working on a more solid keto diet

Better eating schedule -- consistency is key. I have not eaten or exercised on a regular schedule at all this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did get better sleep this week. I'm getting some long-standing projects done, the extra energy is helping.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better time management, separating work from home. If it's not a focus then work affects everything else. Needs impovement: breaks during long drives to stretch and walk, healthy snacks when I'm on the road, and meal prepping so dinners aren't rushed even if they're late.

I hadn't realized just how far I had fallen off the wagon. Stepping on the scale last night was a major eye-opener. My number one goal over the next two weeks is to get a full night's sleep and allow my body to rest and heal. No matter how good this food is that goes in if your body is stressed and can't process it right, not doing you any good
