I resisted eating out a few times and from binging on bad food at work
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I did binge once this week, I am hoping next week I won’t binge at all. I would like to of worked out this week but I was sick with a sinus infection

Once I am healthy again I want to work out Atleast twice this week, not order in any food, no alcohol and no sweets.
