Non-scale victory of the week!

Binge eating was way more in control this week than it has been in a long time!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

No fast food. I did stop at Taco Bell once, but didn’t eat as much as before.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have made it a priority to work out the past few days and it feels great. Also made healthy meal boxes of chicken breast and veggies that can just be grabbed and heated up. Got a much less sugary iced coffee. I think that combined with some extra vitamin D and fish oil have me feeling so much better about my journey.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Plan everything that will be eaten the night before and stick to the plan. Don’t neglect my water bottle.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have never really believed that I can lose a significant amount of weight. Reading so many testimonies encourages me because they are real people, just like me, and they did it... so why can’t I?
